1. Booking & Reservations

All bookings made through our website, WhatsApp, phone, or email are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation. Passengers must provide accurate pickup locations, drop-off details, flight times (if applicable), and contact numbers.

2. Cross-Border Transportation (Saudi Arabia / Bahrain / Qatar)

For transfers across borders (such as King Fahd Causeway between Saudi Arabia and Bahrain or travel into Qatar), passengers are strictly responsible for carrying valid passports, visas, insurance, and necessary travel documentation. Reem Limo is not liable for border delays or entry denials by immigration authorities.

3. Fares, Tolls & Payments

Fares are calculated based on distance, vehicle type, and specific route requirements. Any applicable causeway tolls or extra waiting time beyond agreed grace periods may incur additional fees. Payment methods and payment instructions will be agreed upon during booking confirmation.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made well in advance of the scheduled pickup time are eligible for rescheduling or refund based on our cancellation schedule. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may incur cancellation charges to cover driver dispatch costs.

5. Passenger Conduct & Vehicle Safety

Smoking, consumption of prohibited substances, or damaging vehicle property is strictly forbidden. Chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse service to passengers demonstrating disruptive or unsafe behavior.

6. Limitation of Liability

Reem Limo makes every reasonable effort to ensure timely pickups and arrivals. However, we are not liable for delays caused by extreme traffic congestion, border control clearance, severe weather, or force majeure events.
